At Developmental Medicine Consulting, we value and respect the parents and children we see.
We expect similar respect in return, as people interact with us. This expectation is true whether the communication is face to face, on the telephone or via email.
We understand that life for the parents and children we see may, at times, be challenging and stressful. Even at these times, however, it is our expectation that all communication be undertaken respectfully.
For this reason, we have a zero-tolerance policy in regard to aggressive, abusive or threatening actions by any individual towards our staff, doctors or other patients.
If any individual breaches this policy, we reserve the right to terminate the interaction immediately. We further reserve the right, if necessary, to terminate our professional interactions with that individual.
